prologue of [reads]:
books that may be inspiring + my personal thoughts & happenings
Instead of recommendation or not, my writing is more of ' What am I thinking when reading them, what new thoughts do they spark within me?' Of course, while I would state certain parts in quotation as the actual quotes or information that I'd love to keep or share as they are, most writings are not necessarily about me agreeing or disagreeing.
What I read would most likely inspire or spark my personal stories, connect with my personal experience or even bring up totally irrelevant things that are creatively and uniquely discovered to be expressed and understood. Also, my writing is rather jumpy, creative, and coming all over the place as I 'play' with my expressions and the use of words. My creations may be including rather experimental expressions and grammar in a uniquely beautiful way while information is conveyed with love. Do fact check and/or have your own thoughts while our world is always updating the latest information as we grow and outgrow ourselves. I may update any new thoughts as I grow as well. About blogging, while I tag 'open source', 'open educational resource', etc, the licenses and usage are defined by the authors of the books while I'll most probably link and cite the resources. Meanwhile, my personal blogs, thoughts, etc that are newly crafted are openly licensed as stated on this site (CC BY-NC 4.0 ).
It's a process of understanding different parts of the world. I view them as Information from communities that bring different values close to us. Then, we rethink to filter or reconstruct new ecosystems with the parts we love to understand, accept, and create our own world. Might also just feel and be here.
Seeing worlds as a world and a world as worlds.

Information, inspirations & thoughts
Neuroscience resources from a kind collective
When I first dive into the book, these few facts caught my attention.
'the real power of the brain is its flexibility', Pg 11
(I may personally love to change 'its' into 'our Soulful')
'Estimations of the computational power of the brain suggest that we can handle somewhere around 10^28 operations per second, processing power that is many orders of magnitude faster than any supercomputer to date.'
Before starting the book, we read how the author had many contributors. Half from the internet through an action of bravely declaring the start of this project. Another half from personal connections. Saying neuroscience is widely covering topics from this to that, neurons to arts make me feel amazing because we all know that it's more than that. It's a mystery but not, but also more than a mystery all at the same time.
Also, seeing the table of content, I find the topics about sleeping, emotions, etc are way behind. These are the ones that spark my interest the most. I know. That's why it reminded me of crafting my own future creation and/or book properly to show the love of what I love as well. I got my mind into my worlds of connecting nature, neuro, and arts way before this book. But, this book strengthens that thought of mine again and again.
Expressions from many books do too. But, this one is open access and a collective love. It's just so amazing and it's something I love since I was young, yet not a lot around are the ones that I could talk with about this. So, it's meaningful. And, it's reminding me that everything is meaningful when I give them meaning and love.
Neuroscience facts that are slightly interesting

Expanding beyond the three ways of retrieving information mentioned in the book
From Open Neuroscience Initiative (this book) ~
Neuroscience is understood via:
1. Experimental design
2. Observational study
3. Case study
From my personal interestingly creative perspective ~
It seems interesting and made me wonder if I could expand these ways and/or create and explore new ways as I always love to, whether in arts, in life, or in this amazing favourite part of the world to understand of mine.
Neuroscience to me: more than 'subject', 'courses', etc.
Notice how I didn't use 'subject', a 'course', or 'a piece of information' although it clearly is because it's more than that. Early in the days of seeing people put 'more than chairs' 'more than tables' as company slogan or include 'this and beyond' in visions, I had mixed feelings. I do feel the same about 'beyond' while another side of the brain was like isn't it just a chair? A table? Hhmmm... And then, guess what... In one of the founder's programme to show what we do, a founder mentioned that it felt ok to be straightforward and just say as it is. For some time, I've kept things that way... Until... Lol... I felt like I do mean beyond and finally see what's beyond although there's nothing. Cause the nothingness breeds beautiful explorations and creations that are new and exciting. In the safe and ethical ways, from what I imagine, of course.
Then, from another perspective, it's insane. I saw an art that's more than an art one day. The expressions. The emotions. Beyond.
It started from a video of someone saying not meditating anymore while the person on stage mentioned that well, not seeing map after arriving the place is fine. That person watches comedy and that person on stage said it's showing true nature, comedy is not just entertainment.
To me, comedy also heals. Also make me have value changes and inspirations. For some, their ways to be alive. For some, their understanding of the world. Wow.
And then... ...
Looking back at my art with value changes and stories that I thought of. Actually, more than that even.
Yes. The infinite age.
The moment being captured.
All my senses loving this moment to be alive.
All of me being able to be present and enjoy.
All of the rest have taken their time, energy, n even resources or what's they didn't know they put into making choices from allostasis that still tell them to be here. And, they allow themselves to be here mentally, physically, spiritually and beyond.
Thanks, with love.
